Payment terms policy:
All orders have to be prepaid in full (by Money Order only, payable to Lilin International Enterprises Ltd., your name, address & phone number) including freight charges. In the event of return of any non defective products (only within 7 days of receipt) customer will have to pay full amount of roundtrip freight plus 15% restocking fee. Any claim for damages should be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Photographic proof of damage may be required before returns are accepted. It is highly unlikely for you to get defective mats ,doors and lamps from us unless it is mishandled by the trucking company. If you ever receive an apparently damaged package, make notation on delivery receipt before truck driver leaves your premises. This will allow us to process any claims you may make for damaged goods.
